Flat acoustic foam is the classic flat-surface polyurethane sound-absorbing product used as an alternative to profiled foam. It delivers NRC 0.70-0.80; the ideal economical base product especially for fabric-wrapped panel fill, acoustic enclosure lining and industrial applications.
What is flat foam?
Flat foam is an acoustic polyurethane foam with no surface profile, presented as a plain sheet. Unlike profiled foams it is not used decoratively on its own — it is the fill behind a finished surface, or the lining inside an industrial enclosure.
